We accept cash, eftpos (New Zealand only), major credit cards and direct credit transfer.

Postage Packing and Insurance

We ship internationally but cannot be responsible for any taxes/charges incurred once the package has left Naked Neck. We confirm postage, packing and insurance costs with you by e-mail prior to dispatch. Once total payment is received we will dispatch your item/s to you.

Refunds and Returns

Naked Neck will exchange any item for another item of equal value within 14 days of delivery should you not be totally happy with your purchase. However, this does not include delivery charges and other charges pursuant to the delivery. Please advise by e-mail in the first instance and once a returns number has been given return the item to Naked Neck with your original receipt and a brief explanation of the problem. It is imperative that the item must be in its original condition and that its packaging also be in its original condition. Naked Neck will not accept any returned items that have been damaged in transit.
